Templates/Stencils
Used indoors or out, commercial or residential, cut any design into concrete.. Concrete of any age can be changed to thousands of patterns and designs. Hundreds of borders, corners, medallions, rug designs, as well as custom logos, images, drawings or patterns can be engraved into the concrete.
Existing concrete can look like glossy hexagon shaped marble tile, dull old clay bricks, or multi-hued flagstone. You can make an existing concrete entry way look like a southwestern rug. Carve a Celtic knot centerpiece in a circular driveway or you can accent borders with Egyptian hieroglyphs. The possibilities are virtually limitless.

Available In Many Materials
.455” HDPE Plastic
This material is used with Engrave-A-Crete’s patented Kaleidocrete tools. The extra thick plastic ensures a stable guide for the tools as they “peck” out one of the thousands of designs available for the Kaleidocrete system. HDPE plastic is UV- stable, impact resistant, and will flex over most small bumps in concrete.
Can be used for multiple applications
.200” HDPE Plastic
Used for Engrave-A-Crete's Flexi-Blast line of sandblasting templates. The thinner thickness of this material allows for even greater detailed designs while still retaining all of the benefits of HDPE plastic.
Can be used for multiple applications
#155 Adhesive-Backed Sandblast Resist
This traditional style blast-mat features a water based adhesive and a 5 mil polyester film liner that makes removal of the backing much easier.
A word of caution: This stencil material has a very aggressive adhesive and should not be used on glass or prepainted wood surfaces.
The advantage of traditional blast mats is the ability to cut extremely detailed designs at a slightly lower cost over HDPE templates. However, they are single use and require a bit of skill to install larger designs with precision.
Single-use application only
Calendared Vinyl
This material is a 3 mil thick calendared vinyl.
Its primary use would be for glass etching with the Sandroid blasting system.
Calendared vinyl should NOT be used for blasting concrete or any surface that will require prolonged exposure to the blasting process.
Single-use application only
Custom Designs Available
From your photograph, line drawings or ideas, we can fabricate a template for any pattern, any size you need. For example: How about a floor mural cut into the concrete, say 20 feet high and 100 foot long, a string of trunk-to-tail circus elephants with a beautiful maiden riding high on the lead’s head. These are all possible and much, much more! What can you imagine?
Use to remodel driveways, walkways, patios, sidewalks, businesses, stores, basements, garage floors, or anywhere you have plain, gray existing concrete.
