Dust Mop
Remove grit and loose debris regularly with a clean microfiber dust mop.

Buff Scuffs

Renew When Needed
When cleaning and gentle buffing no longer restore an even appearance, renew the compatible finish.
Important distinction
Floor finish is not concrete sealer.
CR-520 and CR-520M are renewable interior maintenance finishes. They do not replace the required concrete sealer underneath. Apply them only over a clean, compatible, properly sealed interior floor.
Protect the finish
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning methods.
Strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners, abrasive powders, aggressive scrub pads, and heavy residue-building products can dull, scratch, soften, or weaken a protective finish. Follow the cleaner and coating manufacturer’s instructions and test an inconspicuous area first.

What should I use for routine cleaning of sealed concrete?

Will pH-neutral cleaner damage concrete stain or sealer?
When used as directed on a compatible sealed surface, a pH-neutral cleaner is less likely to dull or weaken the finish than harsh acidic or alkaline cleaners. Always test an inconspicuous area first.
What is the difference between CR-520 and CR-520M?
Both are renewable interior floor-maintenance finishes. CR-520 provides a glossier appearance, while CR-520M provides a lower-sheen matte appearance.
Is floor finish the same as concrete sealer?
No. Floor finish is a renewable maintenance layer used over a compatible sealed interior floor. It does not replace the primary concrete sealer.
How do I know when to reapply floor finish?
Consider reapplication when routine cleaning and gentle buffing no longer restore an even appearance, or when traffic areas look noticeably duller than the surrounding floor. Clean and prepare the existing finish according to the product instructions before recoating.
