Exterior Concrete Sealers

Outdoor concrete faces sun, rain, freeze-thaw, and constant foot and tire traffic — all of which dull color and wear down the surface over time. An exterior concrete sealer adds a protective layer that resists weather and fading while making patios, driveways, walkways, and pool decks easier to clean and maintain. Acrylic sealers are a popular pick that brings out the richness of stained concrete; they're naturally a low/medium gloss finish, and a matte additive can be added to the second coat for a satin or matte look. Choosing the right product means matching it to your exposure, surface type, and desired sheen. Keep in mind a sealer can be slippery on concrete that doesn't have texture — our non-skid additive is recommended in any area where slip is a concern. Prep first with our surface cleaning and prep products, and protect the color from your RAC or WRC stain. For exterior stained concrete, we recommend sealing with the exterior acrylic sealer only.
